Ray Prager (Justin Louis/Romano Orzari), DURHAM COUNTY
This man is scary enough, but the thought of him living across the street makes him even more terrifying. From the moment we first saw his character, we knew he was a creep. In fact, he was skulking behind the trees watching the murders of two teen girls take place. Afterwards, he went back, had a picnic and danced with the girls’ corpses. Charming. Then, of course, he made a few copycat murders of his own. And that was just Season 1 (when Louis, left, played him); in Season 2 (now played by Orzari, right), he only got creepier.
