Remember Skylar Deleon? No? Maybe you remember the show that made him a semi-star, Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers. Well, according to WENN, Deleon has received the death penalty for murdering an Arizona couple.

Shocked? So are we. The former child actor, who played an extra named Roger on the controversially violent show, was sentenced in the deaths of Tom and Jackie Hawks. Deleon was also convicted of killing Jon Jarvi in 2003, in an incident not related to the couple.

He was convicted of chaining the Hawks to the anchor of a yacht they were trying to sell him and throwing them overboard in 2004. Their bodies were never found, and Deleon claimed the yacht as his.

While Deleon’s lawyer asked for a life sentence instead, the jury handed down the most severe penalty. Orange County Superior Court Judge Frank F. Fasel gave the verdict last Friday.
