Family Guy creator and master voice Seth MacFarlane is taking matters to court, it seems.

MacFarlane and 15 other Family Guy writers are teaming up and suing 20th Century Fox TV for breach of contract and deceit.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, the scribes are claiming they weren’t paid for footage totaling 12 minutes for the 2005 Family Guy Presents Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story. They’re also claiming Fox never properly credited them for the project.

Fox has declined comment.

Among the writers is MacFarlane’s co-star and former Mad TV alumna Alex Borstein, who voices Lois Griffin on the show.
