Samuel Johnson once said, “Knowledge is of two kinds: we know a subject ourselves, or we know where we can find information upon it.” Kudos to you, dear reader, for your knowledge of where to find the spoiler info you need. Read on for some spoilers courtesy of E! Online.

Heroes

- There appears to be a plan for when the show returns, and it involves Kristen Bell, David Anders, Adrian Pasdar and Ali Larter all returning, most likely as series regulars.

Lost

- Another P Bear is on the way! Plus shocks, revelations and answers we’ve always been wanting, plus some crazy twists.
- We get more info about Juliet’s romantic past, and meet one of Sayid’s lady-friends.
- The parachutist is “mostly dead” but her story’s not done: there’s at least one mystery about Naomi left to solve.
- Charles Widmore is back in two of the first eight episodes, and continues to be “an absolute a**hole” to Desmond.
- Check here for more on the hit show.

Jericho

- Someone’s heading to Cheyenne, Wyo., and we don’t see them coming back.
- Love Stanley and Mimi? You’ll love this season’s first three episodes.

One Tree Hill

- We quickly see that Jamie’s nanny is totally insane. And she’s got her claws in Nathan!
- The finale will be a wedding, and someone’s not too happy about it.

Supernatural

- Says exec. producer Eric Kripke: “The episode ‘Mystery Spot’ is airing on Valentine’s Day, I think . . . it’s a Groundhog Day episode where Sam keeps reliving the same Tuesday over and over and over again, and at the end of every Tuesday Dean dies. . . . it’s actually a pretty funny episode. We killed Dean in every conceivable way. He gets electrocuted, he gets botulism, he’s hit by a car, he’s crushed by a desk, he’s shot a couple of times, he’s hit with an arrow. It’s a totally fun episode. I think it hits what Supernatural does best, it’s funny one moment and emotional the next. This obviously freaks the hell out of Sam, having to watch Dean die over and over again.”
- Also, before end-of-season, the boys meet a new adversary to replace the yellow-eyed demon.

October Road

- Big Cat doesn’t get the ‘scat’: it looks like Nick and Hannah’s happily ever after isn’t happening this season.
- Nick has to make a huge, serious decision in the season finale, one that affects everyone in town.

Friday Night Lights

- Riggins and Saracen are enjoying the company of the Landing Strip ladies when something bad happens. A certain father figure comes to the rescue, and a certain surrogate son finally has the freakout he’s been working up to this season.
- Also, the Tyra/Jean/Landry triangle is resolved.
