Man
2-D
That was some horrible stuff. Out of everything, maybe one was funny, the one with the phones and men or something. Everything else was extremely unfunny, and just boring to watch. I can at least say the animation was good, too bad it's wasted on such a shitty show.

Meh...

Nice animation, but most of them were quite boring and a bit too cliche' (ie: Kick in the balls, hermaphrodite, cuss girl, blood spraying/splattering punch lines etc....) some of them were just plain stupid. Needs more humor!

This Isn't Right
NerdBlase
This show is the natural progression of the show Canadian Comedy Shorts, and is a completely different format from the format of the pilots it's competing with. It shouldn't be competing in this contest, but it should be aired as a means for new Canadian talent to showcase their projects.

I'm not opposed to some shock humour, but when almost all of the jokes are just extended gross/violent scenes, it gets pretty tiresome. Maybe two things had actual originality to them.

Not bad

I do think it has potential..
Drawing on allot of traditional art concepts and yes some cliche jokes.
though for the most part id say its a bit over 60% funny.
I'm not going to outright knock it down.
I think with time and a bit of guidance this could develop into something pretty good.

Kinda reminds me of "Planet Sketch" or "Robot Chicken"
Just really young and raw XD

Really unsure about this...

Some of this show was laugh-out-loud hilarious, and some of it was just plain vile. Not sure which outweighed which, so I guess I'd have to see more. Nice hook.

Lose it

I have to agree with "I'm not opposed to some shock humour, but when almost all of the jokes are just extended gross/violent scenes, it gets pretty tiresome. Maybe two things had actual originality to them."

I got bored very quickly. Once in a blue moon fine... But constantly? Come on. Lose the show guys.

Magnificent, Bravo!

I think for the most of the people who are commenting on this show perhaps have kids or are censored in real life. I actually wanted to show more people this link and it was unavailable anywhere on the net. A lot was based on real life events and pushed a little passed the limits. I think a show like this might fair better in the USA, but here in Canada if it were to follow a show like Robot Chicken I think it would do quite well.

Oh Yeah, if you don't like this show then you didn't like Ren and Stimpy, Family guy, Duck Man or other of the like.

I say air the show!!!!

What is the TELETOON Detour Pilot Project

On a recent search for new DETOUR content, we put out an open call for writers and animators to submit their ideas for shows.

Hundreds of pitches, tears, arguments, and sleepless nights later, we have 10 pilots. Each is funny, unique, and absurd – but what we really want to know is which ones you think are the best.

Synopsis
Dunce Bucket is a half hour adult sketch comedy show featuring Canada's hottest new sketch troop. Comedy geniuses Lori Elliot, Terry McGurrin, Christian Potenza, Adam Reid and Renee Percy join forces to create some of animation's most memorable and insanely funny characters including Fifi & Bobo, politically incorrect chess pieces and neurotic talking stick figures. A wide of animation styles and break-neck pacing make Dunce Bucket a guaranteed gigglefest.
