Deciding what to permanently etch onto your body is a big decision for most people. After all, a tattoo is for life. There’s no going back. So choosing where, what and how big you want your tattoo can be a daunting task.
Some people, however, can just waltz into a tattoo parlour, pick any ol’ image off the wall and let the inking begin. Others spend months meticulously planning out a design that is both meaningful and personal. And then there are the tatts that you wake-up with after a drunken night of debauchery.
Kat Von D and her band of merry misfits have seen it all on the hit show LA Ink. Each week viewers get to hear the tales behind the tattoos and watch the talented team of artists create elaborate designs, bringing customers’ concepts to life.
